Omg Alex! I am so jealous of you and your Taiwanese food!!! If you’re still there, you should go to that street w/ all the stinky tofu (I saw a stinky tofu post of yours but I’m not sure if it was the same place haha). My favorites are the fried, seasoned ones .

that looks REALLY good. the bottom of the bun, the baked crust, sounds delicious. isn’t there a market there that sells snakes and other interesting eats?
